Helen is known for her creative, enthusiastic, and experienced leadership, operating both operationally and strategically at the board level. She inspires people to achieve and builds skilled and competent teams, possessing the drive, enthusiasm, and flexibility necessary for organisations to make a meaningful impact. Helen also has excellent commercial, communication, organisational, project management, business, and operational management skills, along with experience working with regulators, local authorities, regional museums, and trust organisations. Her professionalism and thoroughness enable her to effectively manage change and innovation at all levels.
Our Story
Helen graduated from the University College of Ripon and York St John in 1997 with an Honours Degree in Communication Arts (Music). Over the past 27 years, she has held high-profile leadership positions at several award-winning and iconic visitor attractions, such as St Michael’s Mount in Cornwall, The Severn Valley Railway in Worcestershire, The Tank Museum in Dorset, The Fusilier Museum in Lancashire, Magna Science Adventure Centre, and Eureka the Museum for Children in Yorkshire. An incredibly talented and inspiring leader, Helen has chosen to establish herself in the beautiful county of Devon, where she will be offering support to businesses throughout the South West.
